Matcha Overnight Oats

Matcha overnight oats are a quick and delicious way to start your morning with a nutritious boost. Start with your choice of milk, I prefer almond but anything will work, add matcha powder, honey, vanilla and shake to create the base. 


Add oats and chia seeds and shake again.

Place in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight. To allow the oats and chia seeds to absorb the matcha concoction. 


In the morning this is ready to enjoy, take it out of the refrigerator and throw it in your bag to enjoy as a quick and nutritious breakfast that will give you energy and keep you satisfied all morning!!

Recipe: 


  • ½ Cup milk (almond, oat, coconut ect…)
  • 1 Tbsp honey (or sweetener of choice) 
  • 1 ½ Tsp matcha
  • ¼ Tsp vanilla extract 
  • ½ Cup rolled oats 
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds 

Instructions


  • Combine milk, honey, matcha, and vanilla to a jar 
  • Shake to combine 
  • Add oats and chia seeds
  • Shake again
  • Place in the refrigerator 4-6 hours or overnight
  • After soaking enjoy!
