We ship all US orders through the United States Post Office. Depending on the size of your order, it will be shipped either First Class or Priority mail. Average shipping times are 3-5 business days. This does not factor in Federal holidays or weather, which can cause shipping delays.
Our cut off for shipping each day is 9:00 am PST. If you place an order after 9am PST Monday through Friday, your package will go out the next business day. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. If you place an order Friday afternoon, your package will be shipped out Monday morning unless that Monday is a Federal holiday, then your package will ship out on Tuesday.

We do not currently offer local delivery or in-store pickup.
We currently only ship to Canada and United Kingdom.
We do not offer any international shipping to any other countries at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification (if you entered an email address when you placed your order) which will include a tracking number you can use to check the shipping status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
