Pairing it with ginger, lemon, and honey enhances the experience both in taste and in wellness benefits. Ginger brings a warm, zesty kick while supporting digestion and overall vitality, lemon offers a refreshing brightness along with its naturally cleansing qualities, and honey adds a touch of sweetness while soothing the blend with its comforting, grounding character. Step-by-Step: Golden Saffron Mocktail Recipe

After the water is infused with lemon and ginger, turn off the heat and pour in the saffron and sugar blend.

Note: You don’t want to boil the saffron. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved. After that, stir in honey to taste.

  • 2 tablespoons date sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • A few pieces of thinly sliced ginger
  • Honey, to taste

In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Start by using a mortar and pestle to gently crush the saffron threads with the sugar until well combined.
