How to Make Chocolate Energy Balls
Prep the Dates:
If your dates are dry, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain well. If they’re soft and moist, skip this step.

Blend Base Ingredients:
In a food processor, combine 1 cup dates and 3 tablespoons nut or seed butter. Blend until smooth and sticky.

Add Dry Ingredients:
Add ⅔ cup rolled oats, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, and ¼ cup Energy Cocoa Blend. Pulse until fully combined.

Form the Balls:
Scoop and roll into bite-sized balls.

Chill:
Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.

Instructions
If needed, soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain well. Blend dates and nut butter in a food processor until smooth. Add oats, chia seeds, and Energy Cocoa Blend, and pulse until combined. Roll into small balls and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm. Store in the fridge and enjoy.
