Braggs ACV with 4 glasses of ACV mixed with other juices

Apple cider vinegar has so many benefits for the body and is something you’ll definitely want to add into your diet. Studies have shown that apple cider vinegar can help you manage weight and many more benefits.

In these 4 drink recipes you won’t even taste the apple cider vinegar while still getting all the amazing benefits!

Apple cider vinegar has been known to help with:

  • Balancing PH
  • Improving digestion
  • Boosting immune system
  • Removal of toxins
  • Healthy skin

What does this mean?

Bragg ACV for lemonade

Apple cider vinegar contains a compound called acetic acid which has been used in studies about weight loss and has been shown to do things such as strengthen the liver and muscles, increases the enzyme AMPK (AMPK boosts fat burning, and decreases sugar production in the liver.) Acetic acid has also been known to suppress areas in the brain that control appetite.

These 4 drinks are all super easy to make and only take about 5 minutes each and all use very simple ingredients. You can even make up your own recipes by mixing up some of the ingredients that I used, it’s all up to you!

DISCLAIMER!

Don’t take shots of apple cider vinegar. The correct dilution is one part apple cider vinegar to 10 parts water. Taking pure apple cider vinegar can be very damaging your teeth and esophagus.

Lemonade:

The first drink is the most simple but still tastes amazing!

This is made using just 1 ½  cups water, ¼ cup lemon juice, 1 tbsp honey and 1tbsp apple cider vinegar. Just mix all of that together, add ice and enjoy! This drink tastes the same as regular lemonade but also has the health benefits of the apple cider vinegar so there's no reason not to try it!

Ginger Spice:

This recipe is the best for the immune system and definitely has the most health benefits out of the 4. It's going to start with the same base, 1 ½ cup water, ¼ cup lemon juice, and then ¼ teaspoon freshly grated ginger, 1 dash cayenne pepper 1tbsp honey and 1tbsp apple cider vinegar.

For this one you're going to squeeze the grated ginger to get as much juice out of it as possible then mix it and let it sit for about 5 minutes to let it combine and then strain the mixture so there aren't big pieces of ginger in it.

Cranberry Flush:

This one is really good for flushing out the system.

Apple cider vinegar helps to flush toxins out of the body and pure cranberry juice helps to cleanse the kidneys and urinary tract. This one again starts with 1 ½ cups water and then ¼ cup pure cranberry juice, 1 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar.

Apple Pie:

The last one is probably my favorite.

It tastes amazing and is really good if you have more of a sweet tooth. All you are going to need is 1 ½ cup apple juice, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of cinnamon.

These recipes taste so good and are a must have for a warm day.

They’re a nice iced drink that will help your overall digestion. I would definitely recommend trying these drinks even if you don't like apple cider vinegar.
